Minimum order for retail charge to credit card is $25. All merchandise is subject to availability. We will contact you regarding back orders. Customers will need to complete the Customer Registration Form.Pricing

A Goods and Services tax of 10% is included in the prices for all Australian customers and excluded for all International customers.
Wholesale / Dealer prices are available only after approval. See Wholesale / Dealer.

Payment Methods
We only accept payment for orders by the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard (Australian). Please contact us at dollworld@bigpond.com for other payment arrangements. All credit cards are debited for the purchase price and shipping price (if applicable) in Australian dollars. The secondary currencies appearing on our web site (such as USD or Euro), are for your convenience and information purposes only. DollWorld does not purport nor guarantee that the currency conversions are accurate as at the time of viewing and do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of the currency conversions appearing on the site. When an international order is placed, the relevant currency conversion will be performed as at the time of debiting of your credit card by your credit card issuing bank. DollWorld take no responsibility for the timing or currency conversion rate used by the credit card issuing bank. All charges are made in Australian dollars. For the convenience of overseas customers we have provided a currency converter as a guide. Actual charges will be converted by the credit card issuing bank. Generally we will use Australia Post for shipping orders. Cost of postage is according to weight, or volume for bulky items. Cost will be charged once order is packed. Returns
All claims are to be made within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. We do not exchange patterns, technique sheets, wigs or eyes so please ensure that you have the right style or size. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Provision of a Doll / Craft related business registration must be faxed to Dollworld (02) 9792 7933. Once approval is granted the total order must exceed $110 (incl G.S.T.) and the nominated minimum order quantities must be ordered.
To apply for Wholesale registration complete the New Customer form and fax the required Business Registration. You will be advised by email once your wholesale registration has been validated.

The application must be supported by evidence to justify approval of Wholesale / Dealer prices. Once approval is granted the total order must exceed and the nominated minimum order quantities must be ordered.
